New Video Feat. Guilty Simpson, Valid, & Nametag Courtesy of Chuck Cross

Producer Chuck Cross aims to make his mark in the world of Hip-Hop by releasing his self produced album Out Of Nowhere scheduled for release sometime in 2016. The album has confirmed features from T3 of Slum Village, Skyzoo, and Rapper Big Pooh to name a few. Chuck plans to build the buzz for the project by releasing Stay Calm the first single/video off the upcoming project which features Detroit MC’s Nametag, Valid, & Detroit legend Guilty Simpson.

Timing is everything, and Chuck could not have picked a better time to drop this video directed by Diego Cruz. With Nametag’s new single La Da Da getting much attention, Stones Throw Records releasing Guilty’s new album Detroit’s Son, and Valid still riding the momentum from his late spring release Reach High, it’s only right that right now is the time for this collaboration to come to us “out of nowhere”.

Nolan The Ninja Drops 2 New Collaborations & New Production

Within the last month Nolan The Ninja has definitely made some power moves to further his art and career. Dropping two new joints on his soundcloud page, one featuring the legendary Guilty Simpson, and the other featuring one of Hip-Hop’s freshest new entities, Red Pill. The best part about it all is that the features are secondary, the fact the tracks are dope and the music is good is what is most important here. Music should be about the music first and foremost, rather than the package its wrapped up in which is often the case unfortunately. But, Nolan certainly shows the “Integrity” he has for the game with Guilty and goes rhyme for rhyme with Red Pill of the Ugly Hero gang on “Abyss”. Peep both 5ynoT productions below…

Not only is Nolan putting out dope music as an MC, but also as one of the best with the beats on the scene in the current state of Detroit Hip-Hop. The new video for “Lady In Infrared” from A-Minus & Semi Six is a smooth video and track dedicated to the ladies and is produced by, you guessed it, The Ninja! Peep the video below and make sure to pay attention to Nolan The Ninja.
